Applicable conditions:
1. It is best not to carry gaskets on the screws (if there are gaskets, please let us know in advance).
2. The screw’s total length divided by nut diameter ratio should be greater than or equal to 1.3.
3. Screw diameter adaptation range: M1-M8 (one of them).
4. A single product needs to tighten a large number of screws.
5. The daily production capacity of a single product is relatively large (you need to greatly improve production efficiency)
Cleaning and maintenance:
1. Before maintenance and cleaning, please make sure to turn off the power.
2. When the machine is not in use, it is necessary to turn off the power supply, air source and regularly clean the silo of the screw feeder to keep the silo clean.
3. Regularly replace the batch head. (Please replace the screwdriver head with the same size as the random one.)
4. If there is rust on the parts on the machine, please remove the rust in time, and spray some lubricating oil (must be done when the power and air source are turned off)
5. If your feeder is equipped with a brush, please replace or adjust the brush regularly. When the length of the bristles of the brush has been worn out to the point that the abnormal posture screws on the track cannot be removed, the height between the brush and the track needs to be adjusted, and the two fixing screws of the brush can be adjusted up and down.
6. In order to reduce interference with the arrangement of screws, please do not touch the rails in the bin at other times except for cleaning work.
7. If there is a major failure of the machine, please don’t disassemble it without authorization, and contact us in time.
Precautions for using equipment:
1. The screws poured into the silo of the screw feeder should not exceed the height of the lower plane of the feeder silo track, otherwise the machine will not work.
2. Each screw machine is dedicated to one kind of screw. Please use screws that match the specifications of this machine.
3. Three elements of machine stability:
A. Guarantee the quality of the screw as much as possible (screws must not have oil stains, and there must be no sundries in the silo of the screw feeder)
B. Regularly remove screws or foreign objects that do not meet the specifications in the feeder silo
C. Ordinary operators (non-professionals) can also troubleshoot problems such as simple material jams
4. The mechanical structure, components, rails, and distributors are all made of high-strength special heat-treated alloy steel and demagnetized. In order to reduce interference with the arrangement of screws, please do not touch the rails in the bin at other times except for cleaning work.
5. When the machine is in operation, please do not insert your fingers or foreign objects into the hopper of the screw feeder.
6. If the screw feeder alarms due to lack of screws, please turn off the power switch first, add screws and then turn on the power switch.
7. If the machine is not used for a long time, please turn off the power and air source. During use, if any abnormal phenomenon occurs, please turn off the power supply and air source in time, and contact us
