Applicable conditions:

1.  The raw materials such as glue and screws must be the same as the sample provided to us when customizing the equipment, without any change

2.  The raw materials shall not contain other impurities.

3.  The first station when artificial feeding must meet the specifications.

4.  Match 220V voltage (can be customized according to the actual voltage of your country) .

5.  Suitable for mass production of standardized products .

Cleaning and maintenance:

1.  Please turn off the power before maintenance and cleaning.

2.  When the machine is not in use, the power supply and air source should be turned off, and the screw feeder silo should be cleaned regularly to keep the silo clean. At the end of each day, the glue inside the syringe and needle should be cleaned by air pressure.

3.  Change the batch head regularly. (Replace the screwdriver head with the same size as the random screwdriver.)

4.  If there is rust on the parts of the machine, please remove the rust in time and spray some lubricating oil (must be done when the power and air source is off).

5.  In order to reduce the interference to screw arrangement, please do not touch the guide rail in the warehouse except for cleaning.

6.  If there is a major failure of the machine, please do not disassemble and assemble it without authorization, and contact us in time.

Precautions for using equipment:

1.  The raw materials such as glue and screws must be the same as the samples provided to us when the equipment is customized.  There should be no changes.  The raw materials shall not contain other impurities.

2.  The screw poured into the silo of the screw feeder should not exceed the height of the lower plane of the feeder silo track, otherwise the machine cannot work.

3.  The amount of glue poured should not exceed 2/3 of the syringe, and the glue inside the syringe and needle should be cleaned by air pressure after work every day.

4.  Remember to hold the syringe in place with one hand while adding glue and removing the lid of the syringe (Warning: Do this only when the power and air supply are off)

5.  Mechanical structure, parts, guide rail, distributor are made of high strength special heat treatment alloy steel, after demagnetizing treatment.  In order to reduce the interference to screw arrangement, do not touch the guide rail in the bin at other times except cleaning.

6.  When the machine is running, do not insert fingers or foreign bodies into the hopper of the screw feeder.

7.  If the alarm is caused by insufficient screws or glue, please turn off the power switch first, and then add screws or glue before turning on the power switch.

8.  Manual feeding at the first station must meet specifications.

9.  If the machine is not used for a long time, please turn off the power and air source.  In the process of use, if there is any abnormal phenomenon, please turn off the power and air supply in time, and contact us
